Wilmington based position responsible for partnering with marketing and operations personnel to execute traditional and interactive media strategies. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying target audiences, ideal interactive and traditional media outlets, and establishing matrixes to ensure media reaches targeted audiences.
- Planning and negotiating the placement of all on-line, radio, TV and print media.
- Recommends media mix and frequency as appropriate to budget and objectives.
Position Requirements
- BA/BS degree and minimum of 3 years related media buying experience required.

- Specific experience with interactive media buying including: pay-per-click search engine advertising, email marketing, banner advertising, affiliate programs, search engine optimization, and website promotions required.
- Experience with measuring performance of direct and online marketing campaigns.

- Strong aptitude for determining optimal product positioning in the market, in an organization, and along a buy cycle.
- Excellent creative, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fluid environment.
